Abuse policy
Draft — pending legal review. These policies are not binding yet and purchasing is closed. Highlighted items are details the seller still has to provide.
Version draft-v1 · Updated 2026-10-21In short
- Report abuse with the server IP, time and evidence.
- We tell the customer, who must fix it and reply within 12 hours.
- Serious abuse means immediate suspension.
1. How to report abuse
Send your report to [official abuse-report email — to be completed before launch]. Please include:
- the IP address or domain involved
- the date and time of the activity, with the time zone
- logs, headers or screenshots that show the problem
- your contact details so we can follow up
2. What we do
We review the report, prioritise serious cases, and tell the customer concerned. We may check the server’s network activity. We act as the situation requires, from asking the customer to fix it to suspending or terminating the service.
3. What customers must do
When we tell you about a complaint, stop the abuse straight away and reply within 12 hours. Your reply must say exactly what you did to stop it and what you changed to prevent it happening again.
Our infrastructure provider can suspend access to a server if the abuse is not resolved and answered within 24 hours of its notice, so we cannot wait longer than the time above.
4. Immediate suspension
We may suspend a server immediately and without notice for serious cases, such as malware distribution, phishing, an active attack on others, child sexual abuse material, a legal order, or a risk to our infrastructure.
5. Reactivation
After a suspension we may reactivate the server once you show that the problem is fixed and prevented. We may refuse for repeated or serious violations. Billing continues during a suspension for a violation.
6. Repeat violations and legal requests
Repeated violations can lead to termination. We cooperate with the authorities and may share information when the law requires it.
